Hopkins Health offers several different acupuncture techniques to treat a wide diversity of symptoms such as neck, back, head and sciatic pain; digestive disorders including diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel, and reflux; symptoms of colds, sinus infections and allergies; menstrual cycle irregularities and menopausal symptoms; and mental/emotional disturbances causing depression or insomnia.

Nikki Vanecek is a Board Certified Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner studying Massage Therapist since 1999.

Nikki received her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN. She also spent two years in advanced practice Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at The Courage Center, Golden Valley, MN, where she treated stroke, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions. Nikki also received international training in a top ranked medical college in Tain Jin, China.

Nikki helps patients achieve a healthier lifestyle using Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Massage and Bodywork, and Health & Life style guidance. Her specialties include stroke management, emotional health issues, women’s menstrual health issues such as menstrual discomfort and pain, hot flashes, night sweats, and digestive conditions in addition to treatment of many other temporary and chronic health conditions.

Nikki lives by the philosophy that she must walk the walk to talk the talk. Her physical, emotional, and spiritual health are important to her. She enjoys jogging, hiking, Pilates, yoga, water and snow skiing, and whatever else she can find to keep herself active and enjoying the world around her.
